Key Responsibilities

  • •Run TPM activities to improve Site overall MA.
  • •Estimate and plan with Global Network/Central teams, and lead Global Projects to completion.
  • •Introduce and roll out new technologies such as Robot/System Automation to improve labor efficiency.
  • •Improve Fab 6S activities to raise product quality.
  • •Develop new suppliers to improve Site productivity and promote MAX OUT; plan and execute technician/engineer skill-up activities with expert engineers or partner companies.
