  • •Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and industrial regulations.
  • •Provide training, coaching, performance planning, and feedback to develop direct reports and others.
  • •Support development and implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and lead TPM/TPR initiatives including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and continuous process improvement (including 5S).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree required; Masters Degree and Six Sigma Blackbelt or Greenbelt certification a plus.
  • •3+ years of experience in plant maintenance/engineering leadership role with proven leadership skills.
  • •Experience developing, implementing, and assessing a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
  • •Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (including AC/DC drives, mechanical drives PLC logic, and motor controls).
  • •Proficiency with Google Apps, MS Office, and AutoCAD, plus working knowledge of inventory maintenance procedures.
