Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving the culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design, build, and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading complex integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations; collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn recurring partner issues into product features and architectural enhancements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English for collaboration with global teams.
•Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols, plus Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations (highly preferred).
