Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers, evolving the culture from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
  • •Design, build, and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
  • •Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
  • •Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value clients in Brazil, leading complex integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
  • •Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations; collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn recurring partner issues into product features and architectural enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, with 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
  • •Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops.
  • •Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English for collaboration with global teams.
  • •Proficiency in front-end web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and HTTP protocols, plus Chrome DevTools debugging.
  • •Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations (highly preferred).
