Key Responsibilities

•Drive electrical architecture of micro-mobility platforms, including power distribution, energy storage, compute, sensors, lighting, safety systems, and connectivity modules.
•Establish vehicle block diagrams, interfaces, and design standards that enable modularity and reuse across vehicle lines.
•Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, reliability, and regulatory compliance in system design.
•Provide technical direction to systems, electrical, firmware and cable harness teams.
•Drive design for manufacturability, reliability, serviceability and safety, from concept to production.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in electrical system design for micro-mobility, automotive, robotics, or related industries.
•Proven track record architecting complex electrical systems and delivering from concept to production.
•Excellent system-level thinking and ability to balance technical trade-offs.
•Strong background in low (<60V) and high voltage electrical systems (<1kV).
•Familiarity with functional safety (UL 2271, ISO 4210, ISO 26262), EMC/EMI compliance (FCC part 15 and other relevant standards).
