  • •Provide leadership for the Inspection Center, ensuring quality, production, cost, and safety objectives are met.
  • •Lead strategic planning and production management, including production planning and capacity to meet targets.
  • •Oversee weekly performance reviews, identify and prioritize issues, and allocate resources to drive resolution.
  • •Manage people operations: support hiring and leadership bench, run training/certification progression, and provide competency-based feedback.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by leading continuous improvement events and mentoring leaders in problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 8 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment leading multiple work groups.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

  • •Ability to work a flexible work schedule in a fast-paced production environment and handle exposure to heat/cold.
  • •Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record (in the last 3 years).
