Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for national-level exercises (NLE), including EAGLE HORIZON, and submit Quick Look and Continuity Status Reports.
  • •Develop and maintain the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and ensure compliance with federal continuity and cyber incident response directives.
  • •Oversee contingency response and antiterrorism efforts, including annual COOP evaluation using FEMA Continuity Evaluation Tool (CET).
  • •Manage emergency planning documentation/publications, coordinate guidance submissions with FEMA, and administer classified materials communication security using DIAS systems.
