•Embed LLM-driven capabilities into daily processes to handle unstructured data using prompt engineering.
•Define and enforce baseline development guidelines so decentralized bots are auditable, secure, and deployable across the European network.
•Design and manage API connections bridging legacy enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) with AI orchestration tools.
•Develop “Human-in-the-Loop” workflows to safely manage edge-cases and support exception handling, collaborating with tech and logistics subject matter experts to deliver solutions to production in fast-paced sprints.
