Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
  • •Serve as the intermediary and field escalation focal point between customer teams and the division, providing technical support and documentation to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • •Deliver Alpha Site support for engineering installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, or software designs.
  • •Deliver Beta Site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, software, or process changes on customer tools.
  • •Initiate and review ECOs, generate and present system performance data (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/availability), and support GPS documentation (e.g., CENs/BKMs) for field implementation.
