  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s initiatives and optimizing productivity
  • •Engage with customers to create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and build client relationships
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, strategize, and deliver results with growth opportunities
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives
  • •Educate guests on store goals, initiatives, product launches, and the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café)

  • •Prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment (retail)
  • •Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • •Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results both individually and as a team
