Job Summary

Join the TikTok LIVE Operations team to build long-term relationships with LIVE creators and management while driving creator education, performance improvement, and ongoing support. You’ll develop creator growth paths and content strategies, analyze creator performance (daily and weekly/monthly), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan creator activities for business goals. Partner with the Vietnam LIVE ecosystem to provide data-driven recommendations for decision making.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with LIVE creators and management.
•Deliver creator education and training on the TikTok platform, LIVE functions, and policies.
•Create development paths and content strategies, monitor live performance, and help improve data and content quality.
•Run daily creator operations, providing help and communication to encourage creators to go live, plus weekly/monthly performance analysis.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design creator activities and coordinate resources to achieve business goals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above.
•5 years of experience in talent management, partnership, content, marketing, or education/training roles within the internet.
•Experience supporting or having connections with creators, agencies, media companies, OTT, celebrities, and livestreaming applications.
•Strong business acumen in emerging technology and data-driven decision making skills.
•Ability to adapt to flexible working hours and handle multitasking with clear logic and execution under pressure.
