Key Responsibilities

  • •Own contract lifecycle delivery for the assigned portfolios and lead negotiation strategy with commercial/legal recommendations.
  • •Manage contract risks and ensure governance processes are followed throughout execution.
  • •Manage the Contract Manager (1 direct report): set priorities, run regular check-ins, coach, review outputs, ensure quality, and escalate risks.
  • •Maintain auditable contract documentation and reporting across the contract lifecycle.
  • •Support contractual aspects of tenders/offers/variations/extensions and coordinate with Litigation and external counsels for disputes and claims as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business, or related field (Master’s level) with specialization in Law.
  • •10 to 15 years of experience as a legal counsel or contract manager in an international context within a multinational company’s legal department.
  • •Analytical and synthesis skills to assess situations accurately and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • •Mastery of third-party review/screening techniques and ability to conduct compliance analyses.
  • •Strong proactivity, stakeholder management, leadership/coaching, and communication skills, including full mastery of IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
