Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Configure, manage and maintain the physical and virtual infrastructure, including VMware environments.
•Perform backups, troubleshooting and problem resolution for servers in a VMware infrastructure; build highly available server clusters and virtual networks.
•Assist security teams in compliance and vulnerability audits, supporting accreditation activities and security remediation.
•Document and maintain standard operating procedures; create and defend system change requests; manage user requests and software upgrades.
•Collaborate with facilities personnel on power/cooling planning and onsite operations to ensure datacenter reliability.
