  • •Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, architects, and business teams to resolve defects and deliver enhancements on time.
  • •Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews, perform debugging and performance optimization, and run unit/integration testing.
  • •Support application modernization by identifying refactoring opportunities and migrating functionality toward MFE/full-stack architecture.
  • •Troubleshoot production incidents, integration/API and deployment-related issues, mentor developers, and maintain documentation/RCA reports/runbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of production monitoring experience in Java web/enterprise applications.
  • •Expertise in Java (Java 1.8) with Spring/Spring Boot and cloud technologies.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for defects, production incidents, and integration/API issues.
  • •Experience with React.js (core principles and workflows like Flux/Redux) and full-stack/legacy application support.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise frameworks/libraries and database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, SQL/ORM).
