Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA PTM operations for Production Planning, Quality Management, and manufacturing integration. Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage L2 and L3 support tickets for PP, QM, and related supply chain modules in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring SLA adherence and driving MTTR improvements.
•Oversee critical incidents (P1/P2) and lead root-cause analysis for recurring issues to prevent operational disruptions.
•Monitor manufacturing and quality operations, including MRP Live, capacity planning, and shop floor execution; ensure master data governance for routings, BOMs, work centers, and inspection plans.
•Translate business requirements into functional specifications for RICEFW and collaborate with ABAP developers/technical teams to debug issues, apply SAP notes, and test enhancements.
•Act as the primary point of contact for PTM processes, mentor junior functional consultants, and provide executive status reporting on system performance, ticket trends, and operational KPIs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of core SAP functional experience with at least 2 years supporting SAP S/4HANA in a lead role.
•Deep understanding of Plan-to-Produce, Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), and Quality Management processes.
•Proven hands-on integration knowledge across MM, SD, FI, CO, and PP-PI.
•Experience supporting L2/L3 AMS for PP, QM, and related supply chain modules, including incident and problem management.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical skills and ability to manage conflict.
