  • •Set portfolio direction including consumer priorities, range architecture, franchise direction, price tiers, segmentation, and product lifecycle plans.
  • •Translate consumer/athlete/market/competitive insights into product opportunities, briefs, and category decisions.
  • •Drive financial performance by partnering with Finance, Commercial, and Markets to establish and track category targets and KPIs.
  • •Lead the Accessories category end-to-end from strategic brief through concept, development, commercialization, launch, and lifecycle management.
