Digital Transformation Leader (Manufacturing)

Lead digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing plant by serving as a subject matter expert for shop-floor digital applications and connected worker platforms. Develop and execute plant-level strategies and engagement plans, direct digital tools and processes day to day, and guide continuous improvement teams. Partner cross-functionally to design and deliver data solutions, drive adoption of training and analytics tools, and build performance monitoring to improve safety, quality, cost, and customer service outcomes.
