Job Summary

Own full P&L accountability and serve as the central representative for one or more strategic customer accounts in the Energy & Utilities, Critical Infrastructure, Media, and Transportation sectors. Lead account teams and strengthen C-level relationships, drive growth in existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities. Translate customer needs into innovative AI, cyber security, and data offerings, while ensuring successful service delivery and project execution.

•Lead account teams and foster collaboration between sales, delivery, and management.
•Build and strategically grow executive relationships with C-level stakeholders focused on business expansion.
•Take full responsibility for the account lifecycle from commercial development through service delivery and project implementation.
•Develop and execute account plans and growth strategies, identifying and expanding new business opportunities within existing accounts.
•Position AI, cyber security, and data solutions as strategic growth drivers and manage P&L including forecasts, margin steering, cashflow, and customer satisfaction.
