Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a steward for WGU’s mission and strategic vision as an instructional role model.
  • •Provide specialized instruction and foster learning through innovative teaching practices in the clinical setting.
  • •Coordinate with student coaches/preceptors as needed and make appropriate referrals for remediation or other needs.
  • •Provide final review and approval for students’ clinical time; offer proactive support and outreach.
  • •Use technology-based teaching and communication platforms; submit electronic clinical evaluation form(s) after clinical intensive completion.
