Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and the broader fund eco-system to understand investment objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements.
  • •Research, identify, and prospect institutional clients with needs for cross-border payments, FX, and FX hedging.
  • •Network and effectively present solutions covering clients’ international payment needs and Forex solutions.
  • •Collaborate with internal FX dealing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery; stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services selling to institutional clients in the DACH region.
  • •Fluency in German and business-level English required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and understanding of the fund space in the UK.
  • •Strong understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical and verbal reasoning skills, with skills in negotiation and relationship building at senior levels.
