Key Responsibilities

  • •Design customer solutions based on engineering drawings and physical job walks.
  • •Provide project management oversight for key initiatives and related projects.
  • •Collaborate with the sales team to build and nurture customer relationships and support business development.
  • •Provide technical expertise and support for advanced panels and controls, serving as an advocate for the technology.
  • •Assist with fleet deployment strategy and create/execute special projects (including automation and telemetry), traveling as needed to support customers and branches.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or related field experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience interpreting engineered drawings.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in HVAC, pumps, and/or generators.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit field operational/sales roles.
  • •Ability to travel as required (around 50%–75% of the time) and communicate effectively with decision-makers.
