Key Responsibilities

  • •Author, review, test, and progressively deploy macOS endpoint configuration profiles, security policies, queries, and remediation scripts with staging/canary/rollback processes.
  • •Operate the MDM platform as a production service, including upgrades, reliability, incident response, integrations, and configuration as code.
  • •Lead the evaluation, design, testing, and execution of migration from Iru to Fleet with a phased plan and minimal employee disruption.
  • •Own Santa and Rudolph architecture and operation, including binary authorization policies, rule distribution, telemetry, observability, and incident response.
  • •Build zero-trust device trust and continuous posture evaluation systems using endpoint signals, and automate patching, zero-touch provisioning, software distribution, telemetry, and compliance remediation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building and operating secure IT/endpoint systems in complex environments.
  • •Experience managing a large macOS device fleet through a modern MDM platform.
  • •Experience managing endpoint configuration via scripted deployments and Git-based/GitOps workflows.
  • •Deep knowledge of macOS internals, enterprise deployment, security controls, and troubleshooting.
