  • •Develop talent market scans and go-to-market hiring strategies for Director through Managing Director roles
  • •Conduct industry, competitor, and talent market research to identify emerging trends and talent movement
  • •Own end-to-end recruitment for Director through Managing Director roles, from strategy through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • •Lead position intakes and consultation sessions to define success profiles and talent requirements; facilitate post-interview calibrations
