Warehouse Group Leader

Lead the Williamsburg manufacturing warehouse group, supervising Team Leaders and Associates to ensure safe, efficient production. Responsible for annual operating plan, lean improvement projects, training, and cross-department collaboration to launch new products, while maintaining quality, delivery, and cost targets. This role requires hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment, mentoring staff, enforcing SOPs, driving safety culture, and coordinating with Plant Manager to align operations with strategic objectives.
