Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of Global Procurement’s SAP S/4HANA implementation from blueprinting through deployment and stabilization.
  • •Lead S4-related procurement capabilities that underpin Source-to-Pay transformation, ensuring alignment across process, data, controls, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • •Drive business value by partnering with procurement leaders to define success metrics and adoption expectations, tracking value realization and readiness post go-live.
  • •Lead delivery in a partner-led operating model across S2P ecosystem partners, external delivery partners, and enterprise stakeholders to achieve scope, schedule, risk, decisions, and adoption outcomes.
  • •Ensure solution quality, governance, and risk management aligned to enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards; advocate for scalable, standard-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •15+ years leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs in complex, global environments.
  • •Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably within procurement.
  • •Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement modules and end-to-end procurement processes, including ECC legacy/integrations and transition planning.
  • •SAP S/4HANA certification or formal ERP transformation training (strongly preferred).
