Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage litigation workstreams relating to independent contractor classification, including unemployment insurance claims and disputes with marketplace users.
  • •Manage other litigation matters, including professional negligence and data privacy matters.
  • •Partner with internal and outside counsel on high-stakes matters by drafting responsive pleadings, briefs, and other key documents.
  • •Coordinate with outside counsel on the company’s eDiscovery strategy, including custodial collection, review, and production.
  • •Lead the company’s third-party subpoena response strategy and provide legal guidance to product and operations teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 220,000 annually
