Key Responsibilities

  • •Own post-sale relationships as the main technical advisor, including renewals/expansion strategy with AEs and executive alignment with customer champions.
  • •Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and build measurable customer success plans.
  • •Lead technical onboarding and integration for enterprise customers across CI/CD systems, pipelines, IDEs, and internal tooling.
  • •Troubleshoot integration, configuration, and compatibility issues using logs and telemetry, and escalate to Engineering when needed.
  • •Run discovery, translate product capabilities into developer guidance, conduct architecture reviews and security posture assessments, and drive adoption through workshops and office hours.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Support Engineer.
  • •2+ years as the dedicated point of contact for customers, including quarterly health checks and driving success.
  • •Background in application security, DevSecOps, package managers, open-source ecosystems, or Linux systems administration, networking, firewalls, and Docker.
  • •Experience with developer tooling and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CircleCI.
  • •Ability to read and reason about code (JavaScript, Python, TypeScript) and troubleshoot production issues alongside engineering.
