Key Responsibilities

  • •Prescreen and prepare loan documentation for consumer non-real estate, home equity lines of credit, and commercial loan requests.
  • •Verify CIP information for borrowers, guarantors, beneficial owners, and controllers, and complete CIP checklists in onBase.
  • •Perform OFAC checks on parties submitted for CIP as applicable.
  • •Prepare e-signature packages and review prepared loan documents for accuracy before releasing information to lenders.
  • •Assign loan codes as needed for regulatory and reporting requirements, upload documentation to onBase, and approve specified placeholders in nCino for offload to onBase.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of banking experience.
  • •Experience servicing customer needs in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service skills.
  • •Strong communication skills and good documentation/organizational skills.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision and tight schedules.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort handling alphanumeric data entry, 10-key, and spreadsheets/databases.
