Job Function: Education & Training

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, prepare, and deliver art lessons in accordance with CBSE guidelines and teach various art forms (drawing, painting, sculpture, craft).
•Develop students’ creativity, imagination, and technical skills, integrating art history and cultural awareness into lessons.
•Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback and supporting improvement.
•Prepare students for exhibitions, competitions, and school events, organizing art exhibitions and displays.
•Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating art classroom environment, managing materials and equipment and ensuring adherence to school policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts or related field.
•B.Ed. or teaching qualification (preferred/mandatory depending on school policy).
•Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
•Knowledge of CBSE curriculum and assessment standards.
•Strong classroom management and communication skills.
