Job Summary

Drive data-driven insights and growth strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll extract and clean data from SQL databases, APIs, and third-party tools; perform EDA, user behavior, and predictive analysis; and translate results into dashboards and weekly/monthly reports. Own core growth KPI tracking (CLTV, CAC, AOV, ARPU, churn, retention) while optimizing campaigns and initiatives to improve performance across Careem’s platform and verticals.

•Extract data from SQL databases, APIs, and third-party tools to support analysis.
•Clean, wrangle, and verify data integrity to ensure reliable decision-making.
•Develop automated data pipelines and scripts to reduce repetitive work.
•Conduct exploratory, user behavior, and predictive analysis to identify growth opportunities and forecast outcomes.
•Build Tableau/Power BI dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly KPI reports for acquisition, retention, and churn.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a Tier-1 Institute.
•4-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large scale B2C startup or consumer internet business.
•Strong skills in data mining, statistical modeling, and advanced data analysis.
•Proficiency with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, VBA, Tableau) plus PowerPoint.
•Strong understanding of A/B testing, regression analysis, user segmentation, cohort analysis, digital & mobile app attribution, and incrementality.
