Key Responsibilities

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (“PM”), DOT inspections and follow up repairs on light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles in a mobile/field environment.
•Independently manage parts inventory and equipment provided on company-issued service truck and perform periodic reconciliation.
•Maintain and operate company-issued service vehicle, conduct safety checks and daily pre-/post-trip inspections.
•Work with and listen effectively to clients and customers to assess their needs, providing information or assistance, resolving their problems, or satisfying their expectations.
•Document according to company standards and upload pictures of work performed, parts used, and all findings observed on Repair Orders using company-issued iOS device and TRAIT application.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 24.09 - 36.11 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field.
•Valid state CDL-B driver's license with ability to obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File.
•Successfully complete and pass a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical; must have a valid DOT medical card or be able to obtain one.
•OEM training and certifications are preferred; ASE T8 (PMI) certification required within 18 months.
•Must be able to lift, bend, climb, and perform moderately heavy labor for long periods.
