Key Responsibilities

  • •Install and maintain flight simulation equipment including computers, monitors, audio systems, visual systems, crew stations, and rack equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve electronic hardware issues with minimal downtime.
  • •Plan, conduct, and document tests on products, systems, components, materials, and manufacturing processes; design and build test systems, methodologies, and related materials/components/software.
  • •Coordinate test requirements and determine test methods and capabilities; prepare systems by coordinating integration, fabrication/modification, setup, checkout, and tear-down.
  • •Coordinate lab activities and maintenance/repairs; troubleshoot and resolve lab and test-related issues and coach/train others.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience fabricating and/or assembling mechanical or electrical systems using production industry standards.
  • •3+ years’ experience working in an engineering lab environment (or comparable military experience).
  • •3+ years’ experience reading and understanding engineering drawings and schematics.
  • •Experience with maintaining flight simulation equipment (preferred).
  • •Active US Secret Clearance (preferred).
