Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program delivery for a flagship transformation or strategic accounts, including program P&L, steering committee leadership, and executive customer relationship management.
  • •Establish program strategy and governance, align objectives and KPIs with customers, and drive measurable engagement success outcomes.
  • •Lead Salesforce and customer communications up to the CxO level around performance, governance, and issue escalation and resolution.
  • •Oversee end-to-end service delivery and meet contractual commitments, including managing scope changes and financial accountability (bid-vs-delivered margin).
  • •Anticipate, mitigate, and manage delivery risk before escalation; proactively surface risks with recommended paths for course correction.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience with end-to-end accountability across financials, risk, scope, and customer outcomes.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business impact.
  • •5+ years leading large, cross-functional delivery teams across multiple geographies and workstreams, including third-party system integrators.
  • •Direct experience managing engagement-level program financials, including forecasting, financial management, earned value analysis, contingency management, and delivered-versus-bid margin.
  • •Ability to lead steering committee and executive-level customer relationships, including data-driven discussions and decision-making under pressure.
