Lead first-line risk and control execution for deposit products by managing the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program, supporting issue and complaint resolution, and coordinating deposit-related risk reviews. Partner with Deposit Operations, Compliance, and Business Risk to align controls with regulatory expectations, assess regulatory changes, and drive updates to deposit risk procedures. Support risk reporting and audit readiness using KRIs, losses, and control test results.

•Coordinate and maintain the RCSA program for deposit products, ensuring accurate documentation of risks and controls.
•Support review and resolution of deposit-related issues, customer complaints, and audit/exam findings to improve operational controls.
•Collaborate with first line leaders and operational teams to execute controls and track control effectiveness within deposit processes.
•Partner with Compliance and Operational Risk to assess regulatory changes and implement updates to deposit risk procedures as needed.
•Support risk reporting and documentation for complaints, losses, KRIs, and control test results; contribute to audit and regulatory review readiness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,560 - 168,960 annually

•6+ years of experience in commercial banking, risk/control functions, or deposit operations within a financial institution.

•Ability to partner with Compliance and Operational Risk to assess regulatory changes and update deposit risk procedures.
•Strong capability to support risk reporting and documentation for complaints, losses, KRIs, and control test results.
