•Translate customer, field, and partner feedback into product requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable business outcomes.

•Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, platform services, and operational reliability.
•Proven track record decomposing complex technical and business problems into actionable, phased roadmaps.
•Proven track record defining and executing roadmaps for highly technical platform capabilities.
