Provide an industry-leading client service experience in-branch and by phone while growing and maintaining new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend financial solutions, support the sales process, and refer complex needs to internal specialists. Handle required teller transactions as needed, take consumer lending applications, and help meet retail community bank sales and service targets while staying compliant with internal controls and risk management policies.
