Health & Safety -Senior Advisor

Lead delivery of health and safety components within the Health & Safety Performance Plan for an underground mining project near Superior, Arizona. Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise to develop, implement, and monitor H&S initiatives, policies, and risk assessments. Train, coach, and develop the workforce, analyze accident causes and hazards, support emergency response planning, and collaborate with site leaders, regulators, and external organizations to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
