Key Responsibilities

•Organize, facilitate, and manage all event details including decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, guest lists, special guests, equipment, and promotional materials.
•Coordinate outreach and engagement activities such as internal/external visits, portfolio critiques, conferences, festivals, academic events, and workshops, including travel and accommodation logistics.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Corporate Events, Workplace, AV, Media, and Creative to ensure seamless setup and execution of on-site and off-site events.
•Manage invitations, calendars, and follow-up communications; ensure timely, accurate information for stakeholders.
•Oversee logistics and inventory for swag, signage, and name badges; assist with on-site coordination and respond to emails in shared inboxes.
