Job Summary

Own IT financial controlling for Benefits & Engagement, serving as the key link between Group, business line stakeholders, country CFOs, and IT controlling teams. Monitor central IT and Edenred+ budgets, drive cost optimization via data flows, and support forecasting, budgeting, and quarterly/annual tech business reviews. Contribute to new IT reporting and KPI initiatives and ensure accurate, compliant reporting of IT costs including CAPEX IT.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as key point of contact between Group, business line, country CFOs, and IT controlling teams for IT financial topics.
•Monitor central IT and Edenred+ budgets and support budget/forecast and 3-year strategic planning exercises.
•Foster data flows to drive cost optimization between service providers and business unit stakeholders.
•Support and prepare quarterly tech business reviews, budget presentations, and relevant meetings for Benefits & Engagement.
•Ensure quality and compliance of financial information on IT costs, including CAPEX IT, and perform ad hoc analyses as needed.

•Good knowledge of IFRS norms, accounting, and IT tools.
•Minimum ten years of experience with strong finance skills.
