Job Summary

Drive data-led governance across seller and creator ecosystems to ensure a safe, compliant, high-quality live-commerce environment. Define policies, metrics, and operational workflows to manage account health, violations, incentives, and enforcement. Analyze data to spot risks and quality gaps, build monitoring frameworks, and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Moderation, and Operations to deliver scalable, automated governance solutions. Lead end-to-end program execution and reporting, including go-to-market and stakeholder education.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop data-driven strategies and policies for governance across compliance, fulfilment, content, and livestream performance.
•Formulate and implement policies, metrics, and operational workflows to manage account health, violations, incentives, and enforcement across sellers and creators.
•Analyze data to identify emerging risks, abuse patterns, and quality gaps; design risk prioritisation frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.
•Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Moderation, Operations) to build scalable, automated governance solutions.
•Drive end-to-end program management from strategy through execution, including go-to-market, rollout, performance tracking, and stakeholder education.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•4+ years of experience in e-commerce governance, trust & safety, compliance, strategy and operations.
•Strong experience in program management and cross-functional collaboration.
•Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into policies and operational improvements.
•Familiarity with SEA e-commerce regulations, platform governance, and risk frameworks.
