Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and pasteurize liquid raw materials according to production schedules.
  • •Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes on silos and line circuits and operate/monitor pasteurizers, evaporators, and CIP systems.
  • •Split fermentation media and execute sanitary transfers to silos and fermentation vessels.
  • •Run evaporators to specifications and troubleshoot operational issues with maintenance as needed.
  • •Maintain documentation (including pasteurizer chart records), complete production logs and communication reports, and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
