Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect, organize, and maintain client personal and estate planning profile data.
  • •Review and synthesize client profile data and assist in the design of client profiles and wealth plans integrating wealth management, wealth transfer, and tax efficiency goals.
  • •Prepare detailed balance sheets by reviewing source documents to ensure proper ownership.
  • •Prepare comprehensive flow charts that incorporate all estate planning and business entity documents.
  • •Coordinate internal and external communications and meetings with prospects, clients, partners, and external advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4 years estate and financial planning experience with high‑income/net worth individuals and families desired
  • •Familiarity with wealth transfer strategies, rudimentary estate and gift tax rules, and basic planning concepts like retirement and education planning
  • •Basic understanding of wills, trusts and ancillary estate planning documents
  • •Pursuit or possession of professional designations such as CFP®, CPA, JD, MBA or similar evidence of advanced learning
  • •Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to multi‑task with strong time management and organizational skills
