Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as an internal liaison by creating, submitting, and following up on requests through resolution (e.g., billing, deal strategy, legal, security).
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep the sales process smooth and ensure paperwork is completed and represented accurately (including Deal Desk, Contracts, Legal, Pre-Sales, and Security requests).
  • •Build pricing and deal workflows, preparing pricing and deal structure using internal pricing tools.
  • •Create, amend, and execute order forms (including signatures) and ensure proposal bill of materials (OFs) are correct with client stakeholders.
  • •Prepare quotes via CPQ workflows and support sales meetings with background account research; maintain a team tracker for cross-functional challenges and follow-ups.

Key Requirements
