Credit Lead

Lead the development of Credit Solutions professionals and provide portfolio management leadership through consistent credit practices and credit risk oversight. Drive workflow priorities, forward-looking borrower and portfolio creditworthiness assessments, and timely remediation of credit issues. Ensure credit policy and underwriting standards are applied across teams, engage with clients in complex situations, and coach/mentor team members while championing continuous improvements and maintaining regulatory compliance.
