Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect sanitary, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection installations to confirm compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes.
  • •Monitor installation works for water supply, sanitary/drainage piping, fire water piping, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire pumps, and related systems.
  • •Review shop drawings, material submissions, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and other technical documentation.
  • •Conduct site inspections and witness required tests (pressure testing, flushing, leakage testing, functional testing) to verify installation quality.
  • •Identify and report defects/NCRs, maintain inspection records and punch lists, and coordinate with contractors/MEP/commissioning teams to resolve technical issues through handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of relevant construction experience, preferably on data center, mission-critical, commercial, industrial, or large-scale projects.
  • •Experience in PMC, client-side consultancy, MEP engineering, or construction supervision, including inspection of contractor works.
  • •Strong knowledge of sanitary, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems, installation practices, and applicable standards.
  • •Experience reviewing shop drawings, Method Statements, ITPs, material submissions, and conducting site inspections with NCRs, punch lists, and testing/commissioning.
  • •Proficient in Thai and English.
