Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, innovate, and execute structural packaging solutions in support of regional needs.
  • •Collaborate with global packaging teams and suppliers to develop packaging requirements, material specifications, and project priorities.
  • •Develop packaging structures to maximize quality and cost using regionally available materials and qualify via testing protocols.
  • •Create and maintain packaging specifications, including labeling and approvals for packaging structures.
  • •Work with supportive resources to deliver packaging solutions effectively and communicate ideas and problem-solving suggestions.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience in packaging engineering or packaging design.
  • •Strong understanding of packaging materials (corrugated, paperboard, plastic) and packaging manufacturing processes (e.g., printing, die-cutting, thermoforming, plastic injection and blow molding).
  • •Familiar with Artios CAD and TOPS/Cape, plus Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Ability to create packaging specifications, including labeling and approvals for packaging structures.
  • •Strong English communication skills and attention to detail, with effective time management and teamwork.
