Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, code, submit, and collect warranty claims within manufacturer timeframes, ensuring accurate entry into systems like UCS or Power.
  • •Advise on warranty adjustments to keep accounts balanced, tracking credits, rejections, and customer contributions toward goodwill claims.
  • •Maintain accurate warranty claim records for audits, completing self-audits as required and tracking submissions, payments, and rejections.
  • •Ensure policy compliance by administering warranty procedures in the best interests of the dealership, manufacturer, and customer.
  • •Review warranty reporting with the Aftersales Manager, support recall/campaign communications, assist other sites during peak periods, and monitor WIP with Service Advisors.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience, or a different combination of education/certification in a related discipline.
  • •Previous experience in automotive, auction, fleet management, logistics, or related administrative roles.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
