Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, and support infrastructure and application technologies used in solutions, troubleshooting deployment issues and production incidents with remediation support from software engineers.
  • •Operate independently in a high-security environment while following customer site and system security protocols.
  • •Identify root causes of system issues through structured analysis and testing in controlled environments.
  • •Proactively handle incident and service requests with clear, timely ticket updates and support out-of-hours work when necessary.
  • •Execute acceptance tests with customers/stakeholders, raise and investigate defects, and produce high-quality technical documentation (e.g., Statement of Work, Incident Reports, User Guides).

Key Requirements

  • •Strong IT fundamentals and hands-on ability to deploy, integrate, and support infrastructure and application technologies used in solutions.
  • •Experience troubleshooting deployment issues and incidents in production, performing root-cause analysis via methodical analysis and controlled test environments.
  • •Strong networking understanding (OSI and TCP/IP) with hands-on capability using Wireshark or similar traffic analysis tools, plus experience with network switching and routing concepts.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux environments, preferably RHEL or AlmaLinux, with experience in operational responsibilities such as monitoring, maintenance, capacity planning, change management, and performance tuning.
  • •Strong documentation and customer engagement skills, including clear communication and ticket updates using tools like JIRA.
