Job Summary

Support Honeywell Technologies’ UOP India sales team by managing RFQ/tender documents from etender portals, tracking requirements and approvals, and coordinating signed declarations before bid submission. Coordinate with customer care, treasury, finance/credit collection, legal, procurement, and logistics to enable bid execution, bank guarantees, digital signatures, sales order filing in Salesforce, and smooth customer visits, while ensuring HR/HSE policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Track and download RFQ/tender documents and corrigenda from etender web portals and share them with sales account teams.
•Prepare tender prerequisites, track and chase approvals in LEAP and email, and obtain signed declarations before bid submission.
•Coordinate with customer care and treasury for timely bank guarantees, SBLC, EMDs, PBGs, and ABGs issuance for UOP sales teams.
•File sales orders in Salesforce and support order execution by coordinating with GCC/CX/Logistics teams, highlighting order-execution challenges to sales account managers.
•Coordinate with legal, procurement, and finance for agreement execution and digital signatures, help manage logistics for customer visits, and ensure HR/HSE policies are followed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any stream; finance or logistics is an added advantage.
•Minimum 5 years of total experience in logistics, EPC, or a technology licensing company.
•Knowledge of SFDC, SAP, and LEAP (may be an added advantage).
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Be completely self-motivated and dedicated, and be willing to communicate with other UOP entities outside normal Delhi office hours.
