Project Manager

Lead, coordinate, and manage substation refurbishment and replacement works within a hydro power plant environment, delivering safely, on time, and within budget. Build detailed project plans, schedules, scope, milestones, and resource needs; track progress and align it to approved timelines. Serve as the site focal point for project controls, coordinate the site team, manage risk/mitigation, and drive reporting, documentation, inspections, and HSE/quality compliance.
