Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate the ROC in real time by monitoring dashboards, alerts, inbound reports, and open-source signals to identify emerging incidents.
  • •Triage incidents and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) with accurate documentation, coordination, and validation.
  • •Conduct initial fact-finding and source validation to distinguish signal from noise and provide escalation-ready context.
  • •Escalate issues exceeding thresholds to management and conduct disciplined shift handovers to maintain continuous operations.
  • •Participate in drills, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities to strengthen ROC readiness and workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in a GSOC, ROC, SOC, or comparable 24/7 operations/incident response environment.
  • •Working knowledge of incident triage, escalation protocols, and operational playbooks under pressure.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear, structured operational context to leaders and partners.
  • •Ability to assess information quality and maintain high attention to detail across rotating shifts.
  • •Comfort working across monitoring dashboards, ticketing systems, and communication platforms, including rotating shifts.
